What is the ‘Happy Flow’?
99% of all business discussions tend to focus on exceptions, past experiences and personal or role-based bias. The preliminary outcome: it’s getting more and more complex. Yet, even the most complex processes can be made simple.
The Happy Flow:
- Simple in essence
- Clean in presentation
- Self-explanatory by nature
There is no room for argument, as everyone understands the natural flow of any process.
That is the overall approach called the ‘Happy Flow’, from which one can extend towards (let’s say) the Unhappy Flows:
- Process exceptions
- Issue handling
- Second or third tier processes
